We adopted a dog through border collie rescue. She would just run through our underground invisible fence. We were stressed out any time a door would open. She would just dash out and run away in the neighborhood, being gone for hours. We go to our cabin and had to have her tied up for fear of running away into the woods. We considered releasing her back to the rescue group because it was so stressful.
My husband found this system and it has been short of a miracle. We transport the unit back-and-forth to our cabin and home. We can open doors and not worry. We are all much happier and relaxed. Izzy can just be a good dog and know where her boundaries are.
I never thought this would happen. We are so happy we could keep Izzy and know that she would be safe and secure.
Thank you to this inventor!

I have an English Mastiff that has been on this collar for over 2 years. He has plenty of room to play and I dont have to worry about him roaming. The only con I have found is that the boundry is not always exact, but he recognizes the tone and stops. This is partly because of the terrain of our land. I am ordering another collar to add a playmate fro him to our family. I have all the confidence in the world in this system!!!!!

This was a must have for my very nosy/smart German Shepherd. She loves going in our neighbors yard and chewing their shews and bringing her daily finds back in our yard and on our porch only to bend chewed later that day! (Which is why we leave nothing on the porch) And this was such a blessing! It took her all of one time of being shocked that she learned to associate beeping with being shocked and she knows to turn and run to the house! My only complaint is the batteries die pretty fast but that's not a big deal batteries on here for cheap.

This system is perfect for medium sized dogs. It took us quite a while to figure out where to place the base unit in our home. Once we figured that part out, the training was pretty easy.

We really didn't think this would work. Based on a friends recommendation we decided to make the investment. We followed the hook up instructions, spent about 15 minutes working with the dogs and showing them the boundary flags. After two days we let the dogs off the leash and sure enough to our amazement they wouldn't go anywhere near the electric fence. Although we thought the system was a little expensive it certainly has made our life much easier owning dogs.

This system works really well containing my two boxers. And we are generally pleased. But the collars are relatively bulky and we like to take them off the dogs at night for comfort reasons. You also have rounded corners with this fence system so the dogs can't use every square inch of the property could with the old Invisible Fence system. But for the 800 dollar savings we are not complaining that the dogs loose a little bit of the yard. We would definitely recommend this system even with the minor flaws.

This is the greatest product ever! I had an Invisible Fence system, and the wire breaks and expensive service calls were never ending. Have had this for 2 months now and it works just as good, no expensive maintenance and I can take it with me when I move out of my rental house.

Was very skeptical, I travel a lot and wanted something I could take with me when we travel with your two Lab's I was amazed at how with a bit of training how quick the dogs picked it up. Also quick fast delivery, the pet safe instant fence was money well spent.

My son bought an in ground wire fence, because his dog was going to stay with me and my wife while he is gone for a year. The dog would run away as soon as she got loose outside. My son never finished burring the wire before he left. The ground is very hard to dig here in Alaska, and he ran the wire around the whole property, 1 acre!!! I bought the system the same day after work, followed the simple instructions on the manual, took the dog out on the leash, she got zapped three times getting too close to the boundary line. Second day my wife takes her out with no leash, and she will not run away like her usual self. Thanks Petsafe for making a product that makes life easier. Especially the no digging part. : )
